ZEUS

Zeus is 15 months old and recently joined LBDR.

He has lived with children with his first owner but he spent most of his time in a crate so we would say bullbreed aware children over 13 years of age.

Zeus would benefit from a home that know Cane Corso well due to his breed. He did go to live with an 86 year old lady that was a relative of first owner whilst waiting for rescue space. It was here he learned to live life out of a crate.

Whilst there, he did chew a few plant pots, a scourer and also some soap. Zeus did allow the ladies carers in and never barked and loved a fuss from them.

Zeus is stunning and putting on bulk and learning. We do think that he would do well being an only dog, as he needs someone to teach him and spend time with him. He did live with another male dog in the past and they had a couple of squabbles not really down to Zeus and no blood was drawn.

Whilst in rescue, Zeus has been a little worried by some men, but nothing severe. It was reported when in the home, he loved being with the men and when he stayed with the lady, he would follow her son all over the house.

He walks quite well on the lead and does like to meet other dogs when out and about Zeus knows basic commands but being a young boy more training will be required. We would not recommend that he is left more long hours. Zeus is a very smart dog but also a bit of a doofus.
